HydroFlo 2-Year Limited Warranty Policy
At HydroFlo, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that you can trust. That’s why we offer a 2-Year Limited Warranty on all of our air and water purification devices. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
Warranty Coverage
During the 2-year warranty period, HydroFlo will, at its discretion:
- Repair any defective product components, or
- Replace the product with an identical or equivalent item if repair is not possible.
This warranty applies to products that have been properly installed, maintained, and used in accordance with the product’s instructions.
What Is Covered:
- Manufacturing Defects: Faults in materials or workmanship.
- Mechanical Failures: Malfunctions of internal components.
- Electrical Failures: Issues with power supply or circuitry under normal use.
What Is Not Covered:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and normal degradation due to use.
- Accidental Damage: Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or negligence.
- Improper Use or Maintenance: Damage caused by improper installation, failure to follow product instructions, or use outside of the intended purposes.
- Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Damage caused by repairs, modifications, or alterations performed by anyone other than HydroFlo-authorized personnel.
- Consumable Parts: Filters and other consumables that require regular replacement due to normal use are not covered under warranty.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at support@thehydroflo.com. Please have your proof of purchase (order number or receipt) and a description of the issue ready.
- Assessment: Our team will assess the issue and may request photos, videos, or additional details to determine if your claim is covered under warranty.
- Return Shipping: If your claim is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable). You will be responsible for ensuring the product is properly packaged and returned to us.
Repair or Replacement Process
- Repairs: If the product is repairable, we will repair and return it to you free of charge.
- Replacement: If the product is deemed unrepairable, we will send a replacement product. The replacement may be new or refurbished and will be covered under the remaining duration of the original warranty period or for 90 days from the replacement date, whichever is longer.
Warranty Limitations
- This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages caused by the use of the product.
- HydroFlo’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or country.

For international customers, warranty service may be available through our global partners. Please contact us at support@thehydroflo.com for assistance in processing international warranty claims. Please note that international shipping fees and customs duties may apply for repair or replacement.
